WHAT IS YOUR POLICY REGARDING DELAYED OR DIVERTED ARRIVALS AT AIRPORTS?

Due to mechanical difficulties or bad weather we will try to contact someone for authorization to wait. We will not abandon our clients at airports, we are committed and will wait untilyour flight arrives and charge you accordingly unless are instructed to release the car.

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON TIPPING?
On a credit card payment or accounts on file a 20% gratuity is added.
If paying in cash gratuity is discretionary. Our drivers expect nothing more than this.


EARLY BIRD AND LATE PICK-UPS:
$ 10.00 surcharge will be added to a flat rate for all pickups between 12 am to 5:30 am (Gratuity is not included in this charge)

LONG DISTANCE TRIPS:
Charges are applied when a flat rate is not available, $ 1.95 per mile on round trip mileage.
Wait and return calls are $ 60.00 per hour (Dispatch time to and from the base will be added in wait and returns). Only for sedan town cars.


WAITING TIME:
- Home office, business, restaurant and local calls, etc. 15 minutes free.
- Airport Domestic or International arrivals 45 minutes free.
- Penn Station/Amtrack, 30 minutes free.
- Passengers ship terminal first one hour free.
We strive to give you good value for your transportation dollar and allow substantial grace periods on your reservations before any waiting time is charged (billed). This includes being as generous as we can with driver.


HOLIDAYS:
$ 10.00 additional for service on Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanks Giving, Christmas and New Years Day.


SMOKING: LIMO STOP INC:
Entire fleet is non-smoking. If during an event the client needs to smoke, our chauffers have been instructed to find a safe area to allow our client ro do so.


STOPS:
Enroute stops charged as follows:
- Same Town: $ 5.00 (local, see map and code)
- Same County: $ 10.00
- Different County: $ 15.00
- Different State: $ 20.00
- NYC: $ 30.00


HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I RESERVE MY CAR?
Ideally, we would prefer a minimum of 24 hours notice for airport service and other locations., but on numerous ocassions we have serviced reservations within 20 minutes depend on distance to pick up. For local calls within in 15 minutes or less.


WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Cancellation of a reservation must be made within one hour of a scheduled pickup.
Two hours prior to NYC or an airport pickup and 24 hours for other events.
There will be a cancellation charge when these deadlines are not met.


CAN YOU PROVIDE CHILD CAR SEATS?
We do have child baby seats available. However, we have found that many customers prefer to use their own seats, as a convenience we will store the seat and return it on your return pickup. There is no charge for this service.


PLEASE NOTE: Drivers cannot take reservations and cannot authorize charges.
